Design Your Dream Piece
TCT offers customers the ability to choose from various options of boards and dimensions to build their own special pieces to meet their needs.
We will ensure that we understand your requirements and then communicate effectively throughout the process. While prices vary widely, they will be reasonable to anyone inquiring.
Setting Expectations
- Custom orders typically average 3-4 weeks for delivery once the design is finalized.
- A down payment of 50% for the base order is required to start.
- Shipping is NOT included in the base order price. (This is due to the variables of size and weight of the final product and price fluctuation.)
- There are no fees for local deliveries in the Charlotte or Asheville regions upon meeting at an agreeable location.
- Payments are accepted through various means (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, check, cash, etc).
